k1apk ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") is an English-language online gaming information platform operating at https://k1apk.cam and targeting users in Pakistan and other regions. We are committed to protecting the privacy of every individual who accesses our platform ("you", "User").

Data Controller

For the purposes of applicable data protection law, k1apk acts as the Data Controller in respect of Personal Data collected through the Platform. This means we are responsible for determining why and how your Personal Data is processed.

Where k1apk engages third-party service providers — such as analytics platforms or hosting infrastructure providers — to process data on our behalf, those providers act as Data Processors and are contractually required to process data only on our documented instructions and to maintain appropriate security standards.

k1apk does not act as a Data Controller in respect of any data you voluntarily provide to third-party gambling operators referenced or linked from the Platform. Each operator maintains its own privacy notice and data processing responsibilities.

Data We Collect

Geographic data derived from IP addresses is used only at city or regional level — for example, to understand whether users are accessing the Platform from Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi or other locations — and is not used for granular individual profiling.

Legal Basis for Processing

Where data protection legislation requires k1apk to identify a lawful basis for processing Personal Data, we rely on the following bases depending on the specific processing activity:

• Legitimate Interests: Processing of automatically collected technical and analytics data is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating a functional, secure and well-maintained information platform. We have assessed that this processing does not override your fundamental privacy rights.
• Consent: Where non-essential cookies or optional analytics tools are used, we rely on your consent. You may withdraw consent at any time by adjusting your browser settings or contacting us directly.
• Contractual Necessity: Where you submit an enquiry to k1apk, processing your contact details to respond to that enquiry is necessary to fulfil the implied service relationship created by your submission.

Data Processing Purposes

k1apk processes the data described in Section 4 for the following specific purposes:

1. Platform Operation: To serve web pages, maintain server uptime and ensure the Platform functions correctly across different devices and browsers used by Pakistani and international visitors.
2. Analytics and Improvement: To understand how users navigate the Platform, which content is most valuable and where the user experience can be improved. Analytics data is processed in Anonymised or Aggregated form wherever possible.
3. Security and Fraud Prevention: To detect, investigate and prevent unauthorised access, abusive behaviour, scraping attacks and other threats to Platform integrity.
4. Responding to Enquiries: To read, process and respond to messages submitted by Users through the Platform's contact channels. We retain correspondence records for a reasonable period to maintain continuity of support.
5. Legal Compliance: To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders and lawful requests from competent authorities.
6. Content Personalisation (Limited): To remember basic preferences such as cookie consent choices or display settings stored locally on your device. k1apk does not build detailed individual behavioural profiles for advertising targeting.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

These providers act as Data Processors and are contractually bound to process data solely on k1apk's instructions and to maintain appropriate security measures.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose data where required by applicable law, regulation, legal process or a binding request from a competent government authority. Where permitted, we will notify affected users of such disclosures.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets or restructuring affecting k1apk, Personal Data may be transferred as part of that transaction. Users would be notified of any material change in the Data Controller's identity.
• Aggregated Analytics: We may share Aggregated or Anonymised Data — for example, total page views from users in Lahore or Karachi — with content partners or for publication in platform reports. Such data cannot be used to identify individuals.

k1apk does not share Personal Data with gambling operators, payment service providers such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL or Bank Alfalah, or any advertising network for the purpose of targeted marketing. References to these payment providers on the Platform are contextual only.

Data Retention

k1apk retains Personal Data only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The following general retention periods apply:

• Contact and Enquiry Data: Retained for up to 24 months from the date of last correspondence, after which records are securely deleted or fully anonymised.
• Analytics and Log Data: Retained in identifiable form for up to 14 months, after which data is aggregated or deleted.
• Cookie and Session Data: Session cookies expire when you close your browser. Persistent preference cookies expire within 12 months unless renewed by a return visit.

• HTTPS encryption for all data transmitted between your browser and the Platform;
• Access controls limiting internal access to Personal Data to authorised personnel only;

• Secure deletion protocols for data that has reached the end of its retention period.

We will take prompt action to delete any data collected from a minor and to restrict their future access where technically feasible.

International Data Transfers

k1apk operates online and may use service providers whose infrastructure is located outside Pakistan. As a result, your data may be transferred to, stored in or processed in countries other than Pakistan. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in Pakistan.

Where Personal Data is transferred internationally, k1apk takes steps to ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place — such as contractual clauses with service providers, or reliance on adequacy decisions where applicable — to protect your data to a standard at least equivalent to the protections described in this Policy.

By using the Platform, you acknowledge that your data may be processed in jurisdictions outside Pakistan as described above.

k1apk reserves the right to update or amend this Privacy Policy at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how we handle your data.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of an amended Privacy Policy constitutes your acknowledgement of the changes and, where applicable, your renewed consent to the updated data processing practices described. If you do not agree with any amendment, you should cease using the Platform.

Where changes materially affect how we process Personal Data in ways that require fresh consent, we will take reasonable steps to bring those changes to your attention.
