9.1 No Warranties. While k1apk makes reasonable efforts to ensure Content accuracy, we do not guarantee that any information on the Platform — including Illustrative Figures, bonus descriptions, game reviews, payment method guides or responsible gambling information — is current, complete or accurate at the time of your access. 9.4 Limitation of Liability. 13.2 Pakistan Users. Users accessing the Platform from Pakistan acknowledge the applicability of the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any other relevant Pakistani federal or provincial legislation to their activities. 13.3 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall first be submitted to k1apk in writing. We will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving written notice. If informal resolution is not achieved, the parties may pursue available legal remedies in their respective jurisdictions.
13.4 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
k1apk reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.
Amendments apply prospectively from the date of posting and do not affect any dispute or claim that arose prior to that date, unless expressly stated otherwise.
